This is my very enthusiastic recommendation of Edward Ureno as a property manager. He has been managing two rental properties we have in Huntington Beach for over ten years. I used to try and manage them myself but realized that a professional like Eddie makes the task so much easier. With his expert knowledge and contacts allows him to find good tenants, take care of issues that need fixing ie: plumbing problems, painting and repairs, appliance repairs or replacement. In 2012, my wife and I decided to purchase an investment home. So, we contacted Eddie and his team whom we've worked with in the past in purchasing our primary residence in Huntington Beach. We called him for advice in the purchase of a home and told him we were looking at buying something in Huntington Beach. He really took his time to walk us through all of our options: financially, personally, emotionally, etc. The whole experience went SO smoothly and we knew exactly what to expect. Fortunately for us, Property Management is another service he provides. Eddie helped us not only in acquiring a tenant through his screening process, but also in getting the home to exactly what was needed in terms of repairs and upgrades to rent it out (nothing more, nothing less). And, again, we've been so lucky to have him as our Property Manager for the last 12 years in this capacity. Same quality service. Same quality professionalism. The other advantage that Eddie has is that he lives in Huntington Beach, so he's familiar with the area, trends, and potential clientele.
In 2022, we decided to move to Temecula from our primary residence (also in Huntington Beach). But, we didn't sell our home in Huntington Beach. Instead, we kept it as a rental. So, of course, we called Eddie once again. He took care of all of the upgrades, tenant acquisition (again, his techniques ensure A+ quality tenants). And, we have been enjoying the fruits of his service for, now two homes in Huntington Beach, while we are living 70 miles away. Eddie and his team take care of everything for both homes (repairs, obtains rent checks, non-repair issues, payments to us through direct deposit etc.). He definitely gives us peach of mind and makes owning investment properties such a pleasant venture.
His experience in the industry is what lured us to Eddie and his team, but their customer service is what made us stick with them for the last 20 years. Eddie is not only the most professional, personable, agent you'll ever meet, he is also the best at what he does. Hands down. He, figuratively, puts his arm around you and makes you feel like we are all in this together.
